Jeanette ministers in song and leads praise and worship. Jesse works with inmates to equip them to minister to other inmates and their families. He initiates building inmate choirs, special group singing and dance teams. He allows inmates to participate in teaching, preaching and prayer.

He is dedicated to training and equipping the inmates to minister to the other inmates on the yard, teaching them to be submissive to the authorities over them and to be loving ambassadors representing Jesus Christ.

Jesse works three days a week with the Chaplain at Mabel Basset as a volunteer Assistant Chaplain. He teaches four classes and counsels the inmates.
